Lukewarm. Better than 1st and 2nd proposals but still too low. I will have to keep my NO vote.
As a side note: They don't highlight the currency of the deal. To my understanding it's US dollar but still they would need to make a solid clarification on this manner before the AGM vote. Also I don't understand how the 1% net smelter royalty over the 2% RMB royalty works/means? Are these two adding to a 3% royalty or not?...
