I believe it's an over the counter type market in US. Maybe a bit like the chi- x although less liquid market here in Oz. So beneath DOW and NASDAQ.
I have questioned the company why we are bothering as i assume there are filing rules - admin and costs associated with being in this market when we see almost no trading / interest . I assume it is to have a presence in US but I am not sure it's worth the cost ( unless it is very small). Not sure that's a completely accurate summary of that market but it's as much as i know.
