I just gave several options on compensating the quarry owner. We are not a producer so any action taken by the company is invariably going to come from dilution, ie the issue of shares. This is achieved by a CR, option exercise or issuing of shares directly. Generally, the only other way money can be raised is a JV or the sale of an asset, which results in dilution or a reduction in assets.

If the board deems Nicole to be deficient then they will remove her. All the other talk on reducing her income, sacking her because the SP is down is ridiculous IMO. It isn't helpful.

We dont know what is going on behind the scenes, Im sure they are working to get some positive news out, patience is required.
