Technical analysis isn't always right and he wouldn't always be right. He called the retrace from the upper levels of the last peak but probability was on his side after the run that NIS had and macro factors have driven the retrace too. Not all gaps get filled and this one may not. In reality after a run like that calling a retrace was not rocket science. We often see an overshoot to the upside and unfortunately to the downside too, where we sit right now!
