the U.S. market usually mimics the .ax and N.Z. investors are much more in touch with the company than i would think would be U.S. investors. don't get sucked into big jumps on low volumes, i doubt anyone who had the slightest patience would have to pay up that high to get those shares in 1 day, maybe it is some lab geek who heard a rumor and knows nothing about investing. this is the pink sheets. cheap stocks are manipulated here all the time, an investor/MARKET MAKER has 2+ accounts, buys and sells to himself to attract suckers. you can't put in a market order with OTC for your own protection, the spreads can be huge, the NASDAQ will stop trading on a stock with spreads as large as is accepted by the OTC.
