    Its history.

    As shareholders we might not give a damn for anything but the share price ! but for the people who 'really' own LCT and run it, the Invercargill lab/facility and people employed are or were part of the company and I think a notice to the ASX is fair enough. Its some sort of acknowledgement.

    Don't worry, I'm sure there are some cost savings in there for us as well !
