Perhaps my point was missed.
Both LCY and HAW are subject to ASX listing rules on disclosure. Both have large overseas shareholders and board members so announcements would need up the line approval. Atlas/Hancock being unlisted - on the other hand - have no such restrictions, however, would also have right of veto on any announcement content under the JV activities. So it makes perfectly good sense that the non-managing JV partners being LCY and HAW issue a joint announcement and this will most likely be the case on any future matter relating to Mt Bevan. Was that too much of a wanker for you?
