Exactly.. Only 13 Million in cash, there is a massive!!! capital raise incoming and the dilution will be insane. HAW will have to raise 800 million - 1 Billion in cash to fund this project by largely retail investors, which I can't really see happening. Not having the backing like LCY of an NMDC holding 94% of the company who have already stated they will fund there 94% leaving only 6% to the rest of the holders. Gina and NMDC know that and I'd say HAW will be either diluted to death or be force to sell or possibly merge with LCY for peanuts. Having only 2 companies in the joint venture makes a lot more sense being 51%/49%.
