re: Ann: LCY: Phase 3 infill drilling shows c... It is my impression that LCY are trying to keep a lid on discovering more of the reserves at Mt Bevan. The more that they discover the more that they will have to pay HAW for their shares, that much is obvious.

If I was a board member of HAW, I think it would be in our interested to proceed with the phase 4 drilling and getting a independent model done in order to maximise the returns for the shareholders. Why stop now? Why kill the to goose that lays the golden eggs so soon?

It seems rediculous that the independent modelling concerning phase 3 had been held but but again its intentional for LCY to try and keep us in the dark as much as possible. The modeling is part of the drilling program and it should be made public to HAW before any decision is made. Im sure that HAW are fighting it. Because the results released today mean nothing without this report. Its definitely turned into a dirty game and its a shame that they cant work together and both benefit from this discovery rather competing for the full ownership.

The outcome of this problem should be attained to not too long but i hope that we dont get bullied into taking a deal that doesnt correctly represent the value of this asset that we hold. It is only our right to be correctly compensated.
