Yeah, I agree with this.
Seeing as they were drawing on the funds to 'reimburse themselves' for the funds spent buying out the JV, one assumes that this was not particularly time critical, and as such has been timed to eke out maximum benefit for the the company.
Which should hopefully mean good news stories coming our way soon!
