Why?
It is because Hawsons is in the good hands of current management team. And that is why there are only 2 small issues you pointed out.
If it had been under other managment teams (and there are so many of them out there with other companies/stocks), it would have been a lot more issues and bigger issues.
Bryan team has done tremendous job in progressing this awesome project in the last 12 months compared to previous management team that had not been able to move it to BFS stage in 5 years (60 months).
I cannot complain about this team much to be honest.
