Mmmm I'm sharing the same sentiment as a number of you here. Mildly annoyed by this stunt, but it helps rationale the SP action to date.
Today closed at 7.4c; just 0.4c or 5% less than yesterday. Timing seems rather convenient - SP lowered to 10c cap from 11-12c, DW tops up at 8.6c during dump to 8c. Instos locked in at 7c, 10% discount to Fri closing. 4C due tomorrow, and US related anns due soon to meet commercial order by EoCY.
Assuming ducks remain lined up and instos / sophs have had their fill, SP could very well be allowed to rise above prev 10c cap.
Now what: buy, hold or sell? Hold for me personally given extent of my holdings and overall strategy, but current SP for new investors would be very appealing (hence the sentiment).
Ps. now that this raise is complete, how about Sam Lanyon gets his paid consultancy agreement terminated? 4 weeks notice isn't it?
