Here is what happened
Price was around 10 cents, and LDX told institutions you can buy more at 9 cents
Institutions said 'oh we want to buy at 7 cents' - LDX said OK
Institutions then sold on market the amount they will get at 7 cents
So if you have 10 mill shares, you sell in the 8s, then get them back to you at 7 cents; institutions were gifted 20% profit on their holdings; they are not out of pocket, they simply have the same number of shares, but pocketed 20% cash on the value
