BAH
1) How many months ago did Lumos make an announcement they landed a new contract for development and manufacturing? July? I mentioned then, I would only consider it a positive if we saw progress or success with this project. Not a word since then.
2) This is a $4MM raise. Not $8MM.
3) The company still has a heavy burn with greater than 60 employees on staff. Looking at LinkedIn points to a very heavy California based research team. These are expensive employees.
4). Oddly, seems to be only 3 manufacturing people in that list, which goes in the face of their announcement of setting up a production facility in California.
It's a company with no product. No manufacturing ability or contracts. One "new" customer announcement 5 months ago. With a $1MM monthly burn.
