bro, Well for a start the cmo is a part time consultant not an employee. I guess he gets paid by the hour for whatever work he does for BIT, if this gig folds he’ll just get on with other stuff, no blemish on his CV and he probably wouldn’t care less.
As for the Board well a normal board at a normal listed company that was actually interested in SH value wouldn’t tolerate two decades of non-delivery. a CEO presiding over something like this would have been shown the door many years ago. So one conclusion is either the board is asleep or doesn’t care.
