I dont know what can I say to you.. internet is a funny place and also you seem to be confused about hold and not held.. and passing comments on senior executive hiring process, in companies like FMG the senior leadership position is perrennial acting roles untill they get the right person.. as I said you need to be a maverick to pull tough outcomes, 700+ million was almost done and dusted but come along a new leader who will say I will get you out of this mess and 2+ million salry after nada, if thats the case anybody can warm the seat in that position.. she just got away with lesser punishment.. I am pretty sure she would have done some preso with the path to get out of that 700 + mil loss with some executive headhunters and lawyers help.. FMG will not attract the likes of Nadellas, Tims etc .. it will attarct second rung leaders who are just seat warmers with fancy degree and can just talk..
