If Gassbag007 had his way, and stormed HQ, with pitchfork in hand, and installed a "salesman" for Energy 18mts ago. WTF would they do besides draw a wage? What would they have been selling? And to Who?
DR, MW & team were already performing Marketing for Energy. DX products in fact already had very competent CMO, that could cross cover the Energy marketing formalities.
Fabian Beck will come on board at the right time and place for the next phase of AnteoX. BOH resources are limited, and need to focus on securing deals from the ample leads Anteotech have now. A scattergun approach just won't do. Furthermore, the crap NASDAQ allows in the US in SP reactionary PR, is simply not tolerated by ASIC.
