Maybe like Brick said DR and MW might have felt they were doing a sufficient job up until this point and no point wasting money ...... perhaps best of intentions. You may not agree with that but who knows maybe they had a plan to hire at this point. Perhaps their plan doesn't line up with yours or Gareth's. You can't make assumptions that they should have done or not done anything you were not there nor was I. Who knows what was said. The fact is they have a very talented guy on deck now and that's all I personally care about NOW.
