Fabian, would have been culled in the Varta downsize 14 months ago if he wasn't performing. The fact that he had to serve notice and do an orderly handover also underpins the value he was to Varta. However, it is most probable that Fabian will, as likely, have a typical restraint clause for dealing with certain Varta clients & competitors. But JIMHO, which is unlikely to be affected his role, given the novel nature of AnteoTech's products.

Fabian is starting on the Fly, however it won't be until December, when this planet alignment for his skills and position have been deemed advantageous and a defined benefit to AnteoTech. Good to see they kept the end game in context not folding to wayward Shareholder pressures.
