You are correct, Sean no good and as there is no transition plan, shows disharmony in the camp. It is a pity Werner has no horticultural experience and this will allow the consistent underperformers to dream up further excuses. Ultimately if he does not solve the Management Issues and get rid of the Old Team they will get him. Most are better at Poltics than management.
They buy or half buy everything but we never see the financial improvement. It is a mess and Chatfield is not a great sidekick either. Werner will need to go it alone.
The group has so much potential, but does not deliver. Such a tease.
