I think the fact that they are paying out his notice either means he is having personal difficulties of some sort and needs to go immediately and they are being generous, or they have fired him for some reason. There could be more to this story, but I think the former is probably the case. Either way, the big share price drop is unjustified. Good buying opportunity right now IMHO.
