I haven't seen many leadership changes the market have liked, anywhere to be honest.
I don't believe it signals slowing growth, the USA results were relatively good in 1H23 and it seems the new product launches appear to be driving revenue growth and reduced EBITDA loss. I was a bit surprised as I thought Waltrip might survive as a result. However, IMO he has been a dead man walking for some time now, they were probably just looking for the right time to exit him.
