the kpmg appointment is a little intriguing. kpmg, despite its pretence, is financially focused and basically mining/engineering illiterate. on this basis then, at best I think it's saying that the board of directors have NFI what to do (...sigh ...); at worst it's inferring that maybe that they don't believe they have the full story or what they have been previously told. (... sigh sigh ...)
for me, this looks bad on the board anyway you tip it up and stare at it
