I totally agree!
In my letter to the board, I recalled Chairman PB’s comments regarding ‘Operational excellence’ being carried out by internal and ‘external expertise’. This comment did not give me any confidence that the full BOD’s are the right calibre of ‘experts’ having to bring in experts!
It is ‘better late than never’ actioning managerial change but in my opinion, the damage, the destruction of Aurelia’s and my wealth has already been done and it is going to take a very long time to recover that and the reputation that Aurelia is a company with a sound future.
I remain optimistic that Aurelia will eventually get to the $1 milestone it quite rightly deserves with the right ‘experts’ driving it to that target!
