Now they are now going off to do a "global executive seach". What, are they going to pay some top tier search firm an exorbitant sum to import some exorbitant North American CEO to run three profitless piss-ant little mines in NSW? The company will be dead before they even make it to interview.
This is what happens when big company guys get in and control the roost. The foxes feast on whatever chicken is left.
