Sudano was there for a long time so he clearly had support of the board even after a number of ordinary results. He never once in all those years put his hand in his pocket to buy some shares and that really bothered me as an on again off again investor. Happy to take a nice fat pay cheque home every week though. If he had of truly believed in the business wouldn't he have bought some shares?
Even a couple of the new directors have bought a few shares (and at $2,70)!
Probably a strategic buy if you are a bit of a punter with Allensford in the picture recently offering $2.70 (that the board rejected in Feb!!!).
I'd tip they have thrown out a lot of dirty water in this result to clear the path for new management.
