they got $23 mil at the bank , $115 mil inventory, plus $90 mil worth of property .... on the other side $50 mil payables .. their assets all concrete no goodwill value so it’s not an inflated balance sheet... If t/o takes place at $ 2.70 M cap will be about $78 mil .. nav is about $158 mil ... I’m sure Allensford is still loading up atm at these prices while everyone else is sleeping cos the balance between Mcap and nav greater than $80 mil now which will be their profit ...
