    what a rediculous decision by the board, blaming the CEO for downturn when costs are through the roof and weather has had a major effect on profits. not sure who is pulling the strings there but they need to go. Stability is what is needed, how do we get that with a 6 month CEO appointment. Board spill is what is needed, the market certainly doesnt like it....
