I would say that Patrick Walta has probably known for up to two weeks that he was being moved on. I follow their shipments and it was interesting on Tuesday this week(13thSep) that their transshipment vessel, The Wunma went out into the Gulf about an hour offshore and stayed there for seven hours - I thought to myself that the staff had received permission to go barramundi fishing for the day but now I would speculate that others that may have included the Chair, new CEO, COO(Century) and maybe some large shareholders enjoyed a day out - and of course they would also have flown to Century to view the operations.
I would also speculate that all the paperwork for the placement/entitlement issue for up to $100mil to finance the in-situ development is all completed and only needed signatures from major shareholders to go ahead and I would expect an announcement next week at $1.50/share.
