One of the shining aspects as a beacon of AMI's success within the ASX ina swamp of less than honest operators is its transparency and promptness of communications with shareholders at all levels.

The promptness is maintained, however questions remain on this ANN - the departure of an instrumental figure to the success of this company demands transparency, even if it means a short term fall.

Lack of transparency leads to long term consistent falls and questionable levels of professionalism on a corporate level - the exact reason we sold out of BRN yesterday.

It is easier to find great workers, than great project managers. And even harder than finding great project managers, is it to find the right project for the right leader.

AMI was Jim's home and I hope that his departure was on a level of mutual agreement, though this is not made clear in this ANN. We hope that a new leader has already been appointed and is awaiting the tying up of loose strings before this is promptly announced. We hope the new leader brings as much prophetic motivational inspiration to his troops as Jim has.

Sad to see you go, you have been a true friend to all shareholders. We hope to support you again someday soon as you have supported us all through the growth of AMI.
