Congrats to Scott on the appointment to CEO. I have met Scott several times and have no doubt about his ability to lead the company going forward. He is motivated, has been there since the start and has plenty of skin in the game.
Ron has done an amazing job putting together the team and has laid the groundwork for a successful future. Sad to see him go but on the positive he will be acting as a consultant to EMV and will also remain a committed shareholder and board member.
