Yes agree - a fairly typical re-alignment of priorities for someone at his stage of career and family life cycle.
While I agree that 'Scott is more than capable', lets not forget he is not on his own in the leadership role. As Ron put it himself, Ron will "continue to work with the company as a consultant and mentor for the outstanding management team".
