Finally out of NVX and do not intend to return, no matter how promising the technology might sound.
To me the trigger for my final decision was this announcement about Board and management changes rather than the embarrassing BD announcement (three cheers to the NVX PR team) or the incessant ramping here on HC.

The fossil fuel forces are now firmly in control at NVX... not even promoting Dr. Chris Burns into the CEO role (as opposed to giving him a seat at the Board table) can serve as a fig leaf to hide the ugly truth.
Should Dr Chris Burns one day leave NVX and start a new business I will pay even more attention to the background and track record of the Board of that company, before I invest.
