Sounds like Pitney Bowes to me. Would sort of make sense following Nearmap's deal with Esri, but PB's MapInfo software is a cheaper second fiddle compared to ArcGIS. So it's almost a little disappointing if that's the case - gives the impression that SF is picking up Nearmap's scraps.
