There are so many moving parts with what TNG are endeavouring to do it's hard not to focus on the big ticket items that don't seem to be making the headway in the time required.

Mine - detailed design - Como Engineers
Beneficiation plant - detailed design - McMahon & Clough
BOOT refinery - TIVAN - detailed design - SMS/TNG
Titanium pigment plant - detailed design - Ti-Cons
Pig Iron plant - ? TBA
Vanadium electrolyte plant - ? TBA
Ferro-Vanadium plant - ? Woojin but not mentioned since MOU
As Maxter has alluded to there are many variations of end product TiO2 pigment users require. That they have now appointed Ti-Cons, IMO, indicates they have locked down the final specification of TiO2 required.
That Specification will come from their TiO2 customer....
Which removes a little bit of the wonder as to what comes next....
