Id hardly compare this to Pokemon..
Pokemon is a cartoon that was broadcasted to millions of kids at a time when we didnt even have smart phones or any kind of streamed tv. We didnt decide what we wanted to watch at any given time.. the tv did.
Along with Its originality, it was able to stand out as there was only a select amount of kids tv shows that would be played during the allocated time slot. From there on it grew into games and toys etc.
This game doesnt have anywhere near the same kind of launching platfom to gain exposure to the masses. Nothing does these days, and thats not to discredit this game.. things are just very different now. Unless its a billion dollar company advertising the shit out of it, it's likely to just blend in with every other game of a similar style out there
