I would hope if The Sandbox deal comes to fruition that the news release would be timed to coincide with the potential release of the trading halt and resolution of the inquiries!
Curious to see if SQUARE ENIX (listed as a partner on their site very stealth) might be a potential investor in The Sandbox deal or just a licensing deal to utilize some of their branded content in the game! (Marvel characters,etc)

An exciting speculation!
We are not very far out before The Sandbox starts generating revenue with Pre release purchases of the Lands and other Digital Voxels $$
