Agreed! But wouldn’t they take the value from the last traded price or the VWAP. It’s clear that the companies are getting discounts and are paying around $1.10-$1.20 for the shares. While retail is around $1.80.

Everything is incredibly rough hence why I think a lot of people are holding whether they believe in the company or just want to cash out. Usually the market is on the precautions side and PM seems to be for the bargain hunters so everybody wants a true figure on the SP whether that’s $1.10 or $10. But we won’t find this out until listing is announced.
