So this is it, it's make or break between now and mid 2024.
I am assuming this means they're prepared to give FC Capital all FBR assets if they default, something tells me they wouldn't be entering into this lightly. They must be confident of a positive outcome.
Also I don't think they're talking about just the assets in the shed, I don't think they'd bring enough $ in a fire sale.
