AAco should be a reliable and profitable tenant.
Value of this property has also risen with improvements etc.
RFF managing their portfolio very well in my view.
Meanwhile, latest div hits the bank accounts today so lets hope those selling (why I dont know) are done and value is recognised from here.
Im topping up in the 2.20's for sure.
