I may be wrong but BYE had until tomorrow to file their reconsideration letter (15 days, it did not state 15 business days).
BYE has always been quick to address issues so I would bet they would have sent the reconsideration letter last week.
Maybe early next week we should know the reply from BOEM.
If that was the case would BYE let us know the outcome before the end of year report is done?
