    no mention of costs in this announcement, only the anticipated revenue/profit of $40m.... and this won't be cheap.

    construction starting quickly and planned ready to operate in Q3 CY22 with installation of gas atomiser and move the established facilities to the new building. will impact heavily on cash reserves....
