always a sovereign risk, sounds like this zambian minister has in a way wangled more out of the new deal somehow, which might put some people off.. But given up his control of all the extra bits which are very important in the long term/bigger picture. So it should be very positive for the stock, and in a few months we will know just how so. I'm staying in!
