re: Ann: Legacy Joint Venture to Develop Mt B... Yes I KNOW!!
Hoki will come back and pay $5mil at $0.10ps hence 50mil shares more to be issued.
So... $2.3mil + $5mil = $7.3mil in the bank:
minus $1.5mil (thrown away) = $5.8mil
minus $3.5mil in 2 years = $2.3mil
minus $1mil salaries for 2 years = $0.
Maybe do another raising somewhere in between... But who can tell me how could we justify a Market Cap of more than $20mil?
Btw, as if Portman would let HAW/LCY use the south railway....
JMS is in the $100mils MC because of their Manganese assets, and their exBHP CEO Chairman Brian...
By the way, Hawthorn's directors sold down 3/4 of their shares over the last two years and made $1.5mil together. Have a look at historical annoucements guys. At least we know HAW will not contribute much in the JV after our $3.5mil.
I don't know, maybe I'm negative.. but I really don't see synergy. And I believe we didn't transact right..
