Sorry but I have to correct you there - you say neither side has given any evidence. Clee gave evidence to a federal judge in a federal court. IOU also gave their evidence. Based on the evidence presented the judge granted an Injunction - not that you would know it because IOU has not announced anything. Everyone keeps banging on about everything being rumours. Well it isn't rumours because a federal judge would not grant an Injunction unless there was solid proof and would not ask for an independent investigation unless they believed the evidence shown from IOU was lacking or the allegations by Clee warranted further investigation
