Too many if's and buts,this is high risk high reward investing if this is not what your after there are blue chips paying your 4.5% without any dramas.CFE can only report the deal, what the other party chooses to do afterwards is there choice.I will be incredibly suprised if the legals are not as tight as a ducks arse and thats water tight!
