When I talked to JJ at the meeting yesterday I had the feeling he was weakening and desperate for votes this action clearly supports my feeling!!!! He managed to stop Peter and David from including a letter to shareholders at the AGM on the grounds that it was defamatory. However after the AGM we were informed at a meeting held by Peter and David that early next week every shareholder would be sent a letter explaining where and who would be taking AAR forward to the next level as a gold producer. I am quite sure the majority of shareholders will be pleasantly surprised with the calabria of the proposed new MD and his team as they have quite resent runs on the board. Clearly in hindsight the 249D form was the only avenue left for David and Peter to take AAR forward for the benefit of all shareholders including JJ despite himself. Also David informed us that he will be resigning from the board once the new board is in place.
