This is absolute clown game by management to continue pissing away wages and legal fees in a feable attempt to proceed as if it’s business as usual on a project in the Pilbara. Going legal in a country with no respect for laws or institutions is pointless. The current leader is in a minority party and not guaranteed to win the election. I was supposed to sell out all my entire position at $1.30 and was greedy. Lesson learned!
The likelihood of this trading again in the next twelve months and people trusting the tenure they have over the asset enough to assign a multi-billion dollar valuation to is almost nothing. This has been killed deliberately by various Chinese parties, the usual brute force African corruption and incompetence and very lazy and she’ll be right administration from Nigel, Leonard Math etc. clearly the was a reason Leonard was quietly moved on as he clearly screwed up.
