I guess my main question for NF and Co is whether we can still get a ML while these ownership arbitration cases drag on? Wouldn't the dispute over ownership present Jean Felix Mupande with another great angle to continue blocking the issuance of the licence? As we well know, ICC arbitrations run on average around two years, start to finish. If we can't get ahead with the project in the meantime we are cooked.

hopefully though it doesn't impede the licence and we can push through as Dathcom and have these things play out as we go.

I'm not panicking like Tolate however I am starting to get quite a bad feeling about all this, and China's long game to push this out past the next election.

also side note - our management have unbelievable disclosure issues that could one day reverberate against them should things go bad.

however I'm overall still hopeful of a positive outcome. Just less so as things go on.
