the idea that you can sue for mining lic after 30 days if not issued following the decree was addressed at agm
md said word to the effect—he was misunderstood or misconstrued when questioned on the matter - it was the decree that needed to be made after 30 days from receiving the last technical advice - and the decree was made within that time -
hence no legal action taken to force the issuing of the mining lic despite what many seemed to believe - suprising given how many people claimed this was possible on hotcopper and the fact the md mentioned got copper and didn’t seek to “ clarify” long standing procedural issues spoken about on social media which were wrong - clearly he may have been too busy looking for claims of cancellation letters or drafting performance rights or busy asking courts to squash a dathcom minute
Either way - there is NO remedy available to take the government to court after 30 days following the mining lic decree to force issuing a mining lic -
the decree was made within 3o days - seems many misunderstood
